Summer is coming and if you’ve been planning to launch yourself into a blast of fitness but haven’t got past the inertia, yes, there is still time. In as little as four weeks you can firm up and get fit fast. If you tailor your diet and exercise correctly you can even lose a few pounds if you want to. Here’s how to do it:

Do cardio five times a week, even if it’s just walking
If at present you do very little in the way of daily exercise, cardio is what you need to shift body fat. So start with fast walking (at a minimum pace of 100 steps per minute — set a watch and time yourself), and aim for at least 30-40
