Liverpool are the frontrunners to sign a Chelsea and Real Madrid target, while Tottenham are being linked with a Serie A-based wing-back…
LIVERPOOL LEAD RACE FOR TCHOUAMENI
Liverpool dropped off the pace in the title race this weekendbut the Reds appear to have stolen a march on their rivals over Aurelien Tchouameni…
The France midfielder is set to be on the move this summer, with Chelsea, Real Madrid and Liverpool all said to have been jostling for position at the head of the tail.
Telefoot reckon the Reds are now favorites to land the 22-year-old from Monaco, with brand reporting a similar line. Apparently, Real remain extremely interested in Tchouameni but they want to wait until 2023 to sign the midfielder while they are content with their current midfield options.
Liverpool, though, are keen to strike a deal in time for next season and the Champions League finalists are making good progress in their negotiations with Monaco.

BAYERN MOVE FIRST FOR LIVERPOOL, MAN UTD TARGET
Liverpool have also been linked with Konrad Laimer, the RB Leipzig midfielder approaching the final year of his contract.
Reports over the weekend suggested Manchester United were sniffing around the 24-year-old too but there is also strong interest from Leipzig’s Bundesliga rivals.
Fabrizio Romano says Bayern Munich are readying their opening offer for Laimer which is said to be worth around £15million. Julian Nagelsmann knows all about the Austria international having worked together in Leipzig where Laimer has played since 2017.
It might be rather rather easier to take Laimer away from Leipzig than Christopher Nkunku. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of clubs willing to try.
Football.London claims Arsenal, Chelsea and United are all willing to make a play for Nkunku this summer. But Leipzig have no intention of entertaining any offers for the 24-year-old…
RB Leipzig director Oliver Mintzlaff on Christopher Nkunku’s future: “We have clearly discussed it internally: we won’t let Nkunku leave this summer, we told him and his agent”. 🔴 #RBLeipzig
RB Leipzig will also try to extend his contrsct but talks are still at early stages.

ATLETICO TO OFFER WAN-BISSAKA OLD TRAFFORD ESCAPE
Like many Man Utd players, Aaron Wan-Bissaka appears to have no future at Old Trafford. The right-back has endured a miserable season with the Red Devils, who are prepared to let the £50million full-back leave on loan with a view to a permanent deal.
Wan-Bissaka has been linked with a return to Crystal Palace but the 24-year-old could be tempted abroad.
Last week it was reported that Jose Mourinho is willing to take the defender to Romawhile Todofichajes claims Atletico Madrid are also willing to take a punt.
SPURS MAKE MAEHLE A TOP TARGET
Tottenham are also on the look-out for a right-sided defender and their eye is wandering towards Atalanta…
Tea DailyMail says Joakim Maehle is one of Spurs’ top targets this summer while Antonio Conte seeks to reinforce his wing-back options.
Maehle was outstanding for Denmark at the Euros last summer and the 24-year-old won’t come cheap since he is under contract with Atalanta until 2025.
