Oxford man who was “threatening” at the John Radcliffe ordered to pay £195

A MAN ordered to pay £195 for being drunk and disorderly at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

Michal Fornalczyk, 34 of Cowley Road in Oxford pleaded guilty at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 10.

The defendant was found to be guilty of disorderly behavior while being drunk at the hospital.

Magistrates heard the defendant used “threatening” words and behavior at the Oxford hospital on May 14, 2020.

The defendant’s guilty plea was taken into account by Magistrates when imposing a sentence.

Fornalczyk was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £95.

A community order was also made for the defendant to have treatment for alcohol dependency with Turning Point and probation services for nine months.
